Meet The Team

The Total Design team is made up of local tradesmen, except one who moved to the Westcountry over 25 years ago. Our team focus is customer satisfaction, standards of excellence and a logical and practical approach.

Kevin is the Managing Director who started his working life as all good leaders should; a teaboy! He started Total Design in 1997, originally operating from smaller premises in the Saltash Industrial Park. Kevin is normally the first member of the team you will meet, when he visits your home and produces 2D & 3D sketches. He is also the one responsible for the overall project.

Wendy is the office adminstrator. As Kevins wife, she started the business with him, and is involved in every project the company undertakes. Wendy is the efficient organiser that makes sure the business runs smoothly.

Mark (I) is Total Designs unit manufacturer & assembler. With the exception of a few short breaks, Mark has worked for the company for over 10 years and has over 25 years trade experience. He has a City & Guilds in carpentry.

Mark (II) is our Sawyer. Although with only 1 year he is the newest member of the team, Kevin and Wendy have known Mark for many more years. He has a City & Guilds in Joinery.

Peter is our fitter and the other member of the team to have been with Total since its inception in 1997. Peter has over 36 years experience in all trades and is well known for his high standards, accomodating attitude and his clean and tidy ways. As you can see from our client testimonials, Peter gets a lot of thank you notes!

Phil is Total Designs plumber. He has over 40 years experience in the industry, with 10 years plumbing experience but all round experience means he knows what to expect from our designs.

Andy is our electrician and has worked for Total for a little over two years but has fifteen years experience in his role. The advantage of having Andy on the team is that before turning his hand to all things electrical, he used to be a fitter, which like Phil means he can visualise the entire project.

Andy (known as Curly) is our tiler and has worked for Total Design for over four years. Previously he was an engineer, which means his tiling is an excellent blend of precision and flair!

Lee is our general builder. He is an excellent all rounder and can turn his hand to any aspect of a Total Design project. He has worked for us for over three years now.
